Take a flying leap:

This is the second of the two improvements completed last year. The road shown elsewhere in the album ends here, at the well head. We drilled about 600 feet to find water in sufficient quantity for a small to medium sized household. A pump-down test yielded 8 gallons per minute. That's more than plenty, and I plan to build a cistern and rainwater collection system so that I'm not relying on the well exclusively. The house will also have a separate greywater system, to minimize wastewater and environmental impact.
